These Terms of Service govern your use of Seer, an AI IT Assessment platform operated by NxtLayer IT ("we," "us," or "our"), located at nxtlayeritcloud.com. By accessing or using Seer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Seer is designed to help businesses evaluate their IT health and security posture. You may use Seer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to provide false or misleading information.
Seer's assessments are based on the information you provide. Results are informational only and do not constitute a professional IT audit, security certification, or compliance guarantee. NxtLayer IT is not responsible for decisions made based on assessment outputs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at welcome@nxtlayeritcloud.com.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content, reports, and platform functionality are the property of NxtLayer IT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We collect information you provide during assessments to generate your reports. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used only to deliver and improve the Seer service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtLayer IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Seer or reliance on assessment results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Seer following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
